Futong Welding Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and introduced from Japan a unique manufacturing technology for applying a wear resistant chromium carbide overlay onto a steel base plate (CCO plate).
The core of this technology is the use of a distinctive weld pool connection method, which results in a very flat wear resistant surface that is free of cracks. Through unremitting development, Futong has received excellent customer feedback for applications in the global mining, cement and other industries. Futong products are used locally and exported to the worldwide market.

Technical feature

Through technological innovation, Futong have developed a even and consistent carbide dispersion which greatly improves the mechanical strength and wear resistance of the overlay layer. This technology avoids the phenomenon of uneven distribution and large-particle carbides within the body of the overlay alloy, thereby improving the wear resistance of the overlay alloy. At the same time, the application of this technology has enabled a 20mm overlay to be applied in a single pass.
The unique carbide dispersion technology not only improves the wear resistance of the overlay alloy, but also improves the production efficiency and enhances the competitiveness of the product in the market.
